Data we process
We create a guest account identifier to save your progress. If you connect Google or Apple, Firebase Authentication processes the provider identifier and the information returned by that provider, such as your email address and display name. We do not receive your provider password.
We store your chosen player name, country, character, appearance, progression, match results, friends, invitations, blocks and club activity. Other players can see your public player profile, rankings, match participation and club content. Do not put real contact information in player names or club content.
Firebase Analytics processes app interactions, approximate region derived from IP address, app instance identifiers and device/app information. Crashlytics processes crash and diagnostic information. Firebase Cloud Messaging processes installation identifiers and notification tokens when notifications are used. Authentication and our game servers process IP addresses and technical logs for operation and abuse prevention. Advertising ID collection is disabled in the Android app; we do not use these data for personalized advertising.
Reports contain the reported public player or club identifier, the reporting account identifier and a selected reason. Reports are private to our moderation team.

Purposes and providers
We use these data to run accounts and matches, sync progress, provide social features and notifications, maintain security, moderate abuse, and understand reliability and usage. Our processors include Google Firebase and the providers hosting our game servers. Their processing may take place outside your country. We do not sell personal data. User-selected public profile and club content is visible to other players; service-provider processing is distinct from public disclosure.

Security and retention
Connections to our hosted services use HTTPS or secure WebSockets. Access to account data is restricted. Account and progression data remain while your account is active. You may delete your account in the Account screen or request deletion at https://soccer-together-c0779.web.app/delete-account. Match and club records may remain for league integrity; account links are removed or anonymized as part of deletion. Security logs and reports may be retained as needed to investigate abuse or meet legal obligations. Contact us for access, correction, deletion or retention questions, including if you cannot sign in.

Your choices and age
Linking a Google or Apple account is optional. You can control notification permissions in your device settings and delete your account. The game is designed for ages 13 and above and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal data, contact us so we can investigate and delete it as appropriate.
